COOL-CARE® chiller preventing chocolate meltdown

Dijkstra Vereenigde have helped the company Martinez Chocolade using the COOL-CARE® chiller as part of the process packaging of chocolate. The transporter of the flowpack machine is chilled with cooled water channelled from a Van der Heijden unit into the sealing process for the foil packaging, without this cooling solution, the chocolate would melt.
